Hello I'm Jayne Brierley. I'm the tutor for the Nelson classes. I've been signing for the past 20 years! I have 2 grown up daughters, Kate and Aymie.

Kate is Deaf and has used British Sign Language all her life. Aymie is hearing but learnt to sign as a baby from watching me and her older sister. So thanks to Kate, Aymie learnt to communicate with the family long before she could actually speak and it was great.

It's a long time since my girls were babies but I've always been involved with children's groups. The classes are good fun; I hope you can come along. I look forward to meeting you and your child.

Class numbers are limited and so pre booking is essential. Classes are weekly during term time and cost £4.50 for the first child. The price includes free entry to the soft play area and there is also a café on site. Reductions are available for your 2nd and 3rd child.
